WALDBRAND-ERKENNUNG AUS DEM WELTALL DURCH SATELLITEN & KÜNSTLICHE INTELLIGENZ?!
Die globale Erwärmung wird auch die Waldbrandgefahr exorbitant erhöhen. Ein Waldbrand in Griechenland kostet z.B. im Durchschnitt 1 Mio €. Letztes Jahr gab es dort 84 dieser Brände. Nicht beachtet sind die Kosten der Wiederaufforstung, die gesundheitlichen und wirtschaftlichen Beeinträchtigungen der Anwohner sowie das ausgestoßene CO2. Wir beschäftigen uns mit der Frage: Wie effektiv können Weltraumbasierte Lösungen die Ausbreitung von Waldbränden reduzieren?

FOREST FIRE DETECTION FROM SPACE BY SATELLITES & ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE?!
Global warming will also exorbitantly increase the risk of forest fires. A forest fire in Greece, for example, costs on average € 1 million. Last year, there were 84 of these fires there. Not taken into consideration are the costs of reforestation, the health and economic damage to local residents and the CO2 emitted. We are looking at the issue: How can space-based solutions help to respond faster and reduce the spread of forest fires?
